History lovers are being given the chance to experience how the other half lived in the 18th century.

Osterley Park, one of the last surviving country estates in London, is opening its house and garden for free to the public from 11am to 3pm on Saturday September 17 and Sunday 18.

ARTY pupils are getting ready to wow audiences at a school play with a twist.

Girls at Gumley House Convent School of St Johns Road, Isleworth have spent weeks cutting and stitching ready for a puppet production of Roald Dahl's The Witches.

West Middlesex University Hospital's Annual Public Meeting will take place on Tuesday July 19 and attendees will be able to put questions to the Trust Board and hear about the hospital's progress over the last year, as well as its future plans.

As one of London's premier bird spotting sights, throwing bread to the birds at the National Trust property is something that is enjoyed by all ages - however we are apparently doing more harm than good.

CHILDREN are being invited to have breakfast or tea with Father Christmas at an Isleworth garden centre over the festive season.

Osterley Garden Centre in Windmill Lane will be hosting breakfast with Santa from December 4 and tea from November 29.

Visit Syon Park's Enchanted Woodland for a magical evening.

Now in its fifth year, The Enchanted Woodland at Syon Park sees a magical route laid out through the historic Arboretum of Syon House, ending at the famous Great Conservatory.
