Brand New Machines For West Middlesex Hospital

Hospital patients can now use machines to self check-in in a bid to increase efficiency and cut costs.

The kiosks at West Middlesex Hospital in Twickenham Road, Isleworth, are touch screen and can be used much like those in supermarkets.

They were first available on Monday September 5.

Out-patients can enter their details and then be directed to the right waiting area.

The hospital says it has already had positive feedback from patients using the new system.
