The Isleworth Flower Festival

Preperations for next weekend's Isleworth Flower Festival are under way with a whole host of businesses having pledged to take part.

More than 15 are to give a flower display which reflect their business to the community event which takes place in St John The Baptist Church on Saturday and Sunday.

As well as a wonderful display of colourful plants there will also be a display of paintings by the Isleworth Art Club, together with textiles from a local embroiderers group.

There will be no entry charge to the festival taking place on St John's Road from 10am till 6pm on Saturday and noon till 6pm on Sunday.

Tea and cakes will be on sale both days as well as ploughmans lunches on Saturday.
