THE Isleworth Society are appealing for help to secure the preservation of a village green.
The society prepared and submitted to Hounslow Council a proposal to formally register The Green in North Street, which would more firmly secure prevention of any development there in the future.
A 24-hour response service to deal with complaints from Mogden sewage works was launched this week.
Now residents experiencing pong problems can call the council to complain.
