On Thursday 26th June a group of Sixth formers from The Heathlands Secondary School became teachers for the morning. They came to Spring Grove Primary School to teach French the fun way to pupils in Years 5 and 6.

By the end of the lesson the children were able to talk about rooms in the house and the furniture that can be found in those rooms.

The students prepared some exciting games for the children to play. The two classes really enjoyed the session and improved their French.

Jenna in Year 5 said: "It was a very interesting lesson and well thought out."

Elena, also from Year 5, agreed: "The games were fun and helped me learn."

We'd like to hear from you.
