Dear Sir/Madam,
I work in the Events Team at Breast Cancer Care and I wanted to get in touch and find out whether it would be possible to place a listing for a Pink RibbonWalk fundraising event in your local site. It’s a short paragraph to promote our Pink Ribbonwalk charity fundraising event that will be taking place in Marble Hill Park in Twickenham on the 16 June 2012. It will be a fabulous day and we are hoping to attract up to 500 walkers that day to complete either the 10 or 20 mile walk. As this is a fundraising event and we are keen to attract as much interest and potential participants for the day, it would be great to get some exposure via local communities.
It would be great if someone could get back to me to advise me if this would be possible and if so, what the next steps would be.
